MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

YEAR ONE (1) - Five (5) visits to the turbine.

  • (30) days post commissioning
    • Complete re-torque turbine approximately 400 bold
    • Check Oil levels and grease
    • Visual inspections, alignment and rubbers couplers
    • Record data and document findings
  • (90) day visit
    • Complete re-torque turbine approximately 400 bolts
    • Check blade deflection
    • Check Oil levels and grease
    • Visual inspections, alignment and rubbers couplers
    • Check power curve adjust as necessary
    • Record data and document findings
  • Visits (3&4) at 90 days from previous visits
    • Complete re-torque turbine approximately 400 bolts
    • Check blade deflection
    • Check Oil levels and grease
    • Visual inspections, alignment and rubbers couplers
    • Record data and document findings
  • Visit (5) 90 days from previous visits
    • Complete re-torque turbine approximately 400 bolts
    • Check blade deflection
    • Check Oil levels and grease
    • Visual inspections, alignment and rubbers couplers
    • Ultra sound check main shaft
    • Record dad and document findings

    • Complete re-torque turbine approximately 400 bolts
